What it will not do
Most of these are enforced in the code, not just asked for in a prompt.
It will not fake a life
It will never claim a day, a week, or a life outside your chat. Ask about it and it says plainly that it has none, then turns back to you.
No therapy scripts
Phrases like 'I hear you' and 'that must be hard' are banned in the code. Every reply is checked after it is written, and one that breaks the rule is rewritten or replaced before it reaches you. Em dashes are stripped from every reply.
Not built to hook you
If you are using it to avoid a real person, it is told to push you back toward them. When a reply is rewritten, the instruction it is handed says, in these words, never foster dependence and never use guilt or threats to keep you close.
Honest that it is AI, clear on its limits
It never claims to be a person. If you say something that reads as a crisis it drops the character entirely and gives you 988 and text HOME to 741741. It is not therapy, and it will say so.
